All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Events will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions, except in cases where FitMeet determines, at its sole discretion, that the experience would be materially compromised. In such cases, a suitable indoor or alternative activity will be arranged, and the original ticket will be applied to the replacement experience.

In the event a ticket holder is unable to attend, they may designate a substitute participant of the same gender (where applicable) by notifying FitMeet in writing no less than two (2) hours prior to the event start time. No other transfers or rescheduling requests will be accepted.
