Tickets are fully refundable up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the event.

Refund requests submitted within 72 hours of the event, after the event has started, or after the event has ended will not be accepted.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us before the event. Where a recording or digital materials are included, access may still be provided to registered attendees at the organizer’s discretion.

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. You may request a full refund if you are unable to attend the rescheduled event.
