All The Facts About Artifacts
Welcome to our enterprise-only monthly expert sessions!
As always, we'll cover what we shipped last month — then go deep on Artifacts.
What is an Artifact? An Artifact is a shareable page your agent builds and exports: a dashboard, certificate, briefing, or internal tool. It lives at a gumloop.com/artifacts URL you can send to a teammate, drop in Slack, or keep open as a working surface. Unlike a chat reply, it is a durable deliverable — designed to be opened again tomorrow.
Make them look good and stay consistent We'll walk through the patterns that keep artifacts on-brand: the Gumloop design system (tokens, type, cards, dark mode), a shared HTML scaffold so every page starts from the same layout, and how to reuse templates across a team so one person's dashboard does not look like a different product from the next.
Live on live data Static screenshots go stale. Script-connected artifacts fetch from your tools (Sheets, Slack, Salesforce, BigQuery, Airtable) every time someone opens the page. We'll show how to wire data scripts, keep load times honest, and turn an artifact into a real operating dashboard instead of a one-off export.
Examples of cool Artifacts We'll look at ones teams actually use: cohort welcome + prep pages, live engagement recaps, certificates, account pulse decks, and internal ops dashboards that refresh themselves. Bring questions — we'll build and critique live.
