ALA Community Monthly Brain Trust: Decompression & 2025 Recap
Every month, Asian Leaders Alliance (ALA) hosts a community brain trust as a space for Asian American leaders and allies to share our wins, discuss our struggles, crowdsource solutions and how we can best support / collaborate with each other.
These are 'active participation' sessions, and we request all participants to be open-minded, welcoming, and respectful to each other.
ALA's core values are: Community & Collective Impact
This month we will be decompress from all the things that happened this year. Talk about what has happened in 2025 and how we are all doing. And what can we do together to make 2026 better for all of us.
We will also be talking about careers and the support for it.
Ongoing connections and discussion may continue in between sessions via ALA's Slack here: #strengthing-community-squad
