high vibe yoga: a somatic plant journey
this space is about learning to work with plants in their most authentic expression, as a medicine that helps you drop deeper into your body, your breath, and your mind. it’s a space to move intentionally, to listen, release, and reconnect with yourself. through slow, somatic movement, deep stretching, sound, and meditation, you’ll unwind tension, open energetic pathways, and bring your system back into balance. ❣️
what’s included:
– community gathering circle
– somatic stretching & mindful movement
– immersive soundscape + guided meditation
a practice to slow down, tune in, and get real with yourself. to let the noise fade and feel what’s actually moving inside you.
about emma
emma has been working with cannabis for over a decade, using it as a plant medicine to deepen awareness, connection, and creativity. she received her 200-hour certification in costa rica, but her path as a teacher truly began while she was living in thailand... every morning, she would smoke and stretch on the beach, a ritual of grounding and presence. one morning, a woman passing by watched her practice, asked if she was a yoga teacher, and invited her to lead a class at her studio. that moment sparked everything. since then, emma has shared her cannabis-infused somatic practice across the world, creating spaces that invite people to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention. she works exclusively with sungrown, organic flower and is a passionate advocate for mindful cannabis use that honors both the plant and the body.
