​In this workshop, we bring a real engineering challenge, failure mode, or painful lesson from our work in software products.

​Together, we’ll explore:

• ​What was the impact?

• ​What signals were missed?

• ​How could we move toward better practices?

​The goal isn’t to find the perfect solution.

​It’s to learn from each other’s experiences and understand how different teams approach complex engineering problems.
