​Why we’re here

​On the 23th-24th of June 2026, the K5 Conference will take place in Berlin. With our founder Sherin Maruhn speaking at K5 and Alena Schneck, founder of toern, being part of the expert circle of K5, we’re bringing recovery into the conversation - not as a break from ambition, but as its foundation.

​What we're doing:

​Prior to the first day of the conference & long days ahead: We activate our bodies with a 45min Spinning Class led by LOOSH Co-Founder Lotte.
