An evening of nourishing breathwork, live meditation music, fresh chai, and wonderful people at The Chai Spot in the Lower East Side!!
We’ll start with around 45 minutes of guided breathwork + meditation led by Etai Atula (@thugtai). No prior experience or equipment required! Just bring your awesome self.
Then Daiela (@daiiiiela) + friends are offering around 45 minutes of live meditation music, featuring special guest Entifan (@entifannn).
Your $10 ticket gets you guided breathwork, live music, free chai, and a room full of people who are probably into the same weird beautiful stuff you are.
