Join us for Wellness Circle, an intimate community wellness experience created in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month.
In a world that constantly asks us to do more, move faster, and carry more than we should, Wellness Circle is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself and with others navigating the same pace and pressure of modern life.
Centered around the theme Stress, Burnout, and the Art of Caring for Yourself, the evening brings together fireside conversations, guided circle chats, journaling, movement, and meaningful community in a warm and thoughtfully curated setting.
Brought to life by Uptherapy, Kamelizer Spaces Majarrah, 3Sixty Pilates, the experience is designed to create space for honest conversations, reflection, emotional wellbeing, and genuine human connection.
All conversations and guided sessions throughout the evening are led by experienced practitioners and mental health professionals from Uptherapy, thoughtfully curated to create a supportive and elevated wellness experience.
Guests will also enjoy curated networking moments and light bites throughout the evening.
Evening Experience
6:00 PM — Welcome Reception, Networking
Guests arrive, connect, and settle into the evening with refreshments and opening remarks.
6:20 PM — Fireside Conversation | Wired, Tired, and Ready to Reset
An intimate discussion exploring stress, burnout, emotional wellbeing, and the importance of sustainable self-care.
Led by Yasmine Mubarak, MSc & Rana Heiba, DCPsych.
7:20 PM — Guided Journaling Experience | The Mind Unfiltered
A reflective wellness exercise featuring thoughtfully designed prompts by Uptherapy.
Led by Menna Abdel Wahab, MSc & Malak Kamel, Founder & Director of Uptherapy.
8:05 PM — Circle Chats | Setting to Here and Now
Facilitated small-group conversations designed to encourage openness, connection, and shared reflection in a supportive setting.
