Yan (Dyne)Tan is a certified ICF PCC and mBIT coach trainer, career strategist, and life growth coach empowering Asian female leaders to make confident, values-aligned decisions.

With 15 years in strategy and business analysis—including launching a baby care brand in China now generating $13M+ annually—she’s delivered over 1,700 coaching hours and helped more than 3,000 women set bold goals and define their life missions. A 2024 Marquis Who’s Who honoree, Yan also serves on the Board of the Pitt Business Alumni Association.
