​We have created “Leaders in AI” in response to the generalized state of anxiety that has taken over many businesses. “Leaders in AI” is a one day retreat for CEOs who are looking for ways to gain the upper hand over the AI revolution and transform this apocalyptic change into their biggest growth opportunity.

To achieve this, “Leaders in AI” blends the following key ingredients:

​- Cohort effect. When we are among smart people, we’re smarter together. 10-15 CEOs from companies of a similar level, none competitors among them. A group of people who are in the same boat, trying to figure out the best way forward, sharing confidentially and openly among equals.

​- Unrivaled Expertise. The retreat is animated by Milan Stankovic, PhD in AI, CTO of Leadbay, with 20 years of experience building applicative AI systems. Leadbay has been building in the Y Combinator ecosystem in San Francisco alongside other companies at the forefront of the AI breakthrough, and has pioneered approaches for self-improving software.

- Playground. The retreat focuses on making the paradigm-shift tangible. The participants will have the opportunity to directly experience the possibilities that AI can open for their organizations, on their own data.

Navigating the world in which AI models are getting smarter and smarter, requires a change in vantage point anchored in deep understanding of the ongoing phenomenon. Such a transformation can only come from experiencing the shift in a safe environment with a competent guide.

14:00-15:30 Experiencing. Work in smaller groups, with the help of Leadbay team to set-up MCPs, tools and skills and make concrete steps necessary for imagining the possible

15:45 - 17 Shaping the future together: Sharing of experiences, new understandings and bets on the shape of the future.
