With over 20 years of experience in alternative investments, Ria has built and scaled institutional relationships across some of the most respected names in the industry - from Neuberger Berman and Varde Partners to Apollo.

​Ria's career spans continents and disciplines. At Neuberger Berman, she spent 14 years in leadership roles across the U.S. and Asia, including serving as Head of Business Development and COO of Greater China Investments in Hong Kong. At Varde Partners, she led the Americas business development and investor relations function as Senior Managing Director. She also co-founded the Hong Kong Chapter of 100 Women in Finance, an organization dedicated to empowering women in the global finance industry.
