Life Science Hikers - Boston Edition - December Hike

​Join us for our final Life Science Hikers event of 2025 – Boston Edition – at the beautiful Mount Misery to Walden Pond Loop!

As we wrap up an incredible season, we’re so grateful for the amazing Boston Life Science Hikers community that’s grown over the past six months — thank you for showing up, sharing trails, and building connections with fellow life science adventurers.

​We’ll celebrate the close of the year with a relaxed 4.3 mile loop through peaceful woods, kettle-hole ponds, and the scenic shores of Walden Pond — part of the Bay Circuit Trail corridor. Expect gentle hills, a few rocky sections, and plenty of late-fall views.

What to bring:

• ​Water

• ​Warm layers (it’ll be chilly!)

• ​Trail shoes or boots (some uneven terrain)

• ​Children and leashed dogs are welcome
