Andrew Ostro is the CEO and co-founder of PolicyMe, as well as an expert in insurance strategy, risk management, and digital transformation. He co-founded PolicyMe in 2018 after seeing major issues in the insurance space, especially around overselling and poor customer experience, launching first as a life insurance brokerage focused on honest, advice-driven service. Andrew brings over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry working as a licensed actuary and management consultant at Towers Watson and Oliver Wyman. He has advised senior executives at the world’s largest insurance companies on strategy, digital transformations, operations, regulatory adherence, and finance/risk.
Danish Yusuf is the CEO and Founder of Zensurance, a technology-driven platform helping Canadian small businesses simplify and modernize how they manage their insurance needs. Before founding Zensurance, Danish was a leader in McKinsey's Digital Financial Services practice, where he advised major insurance and banking clients on digital transformation - from mobile and automation to analytics. His experience spans large institutions, mid-sized portfolio companies, and the technology firms that serve them, giving him a unique vantage point at the intersection of insurance and innovation.
We’re building the infrastructure for AI-native insurance. General Magic build specialized insurance agents that run servicing, underwriting, and QA, so brokerages feel 10x bigger without adding a single headcount.
Jai has spent his career making complex software feel simple to use. He’s drawn to the gap between how software works and how people actually use it, and to building tools that close that gap without asking teams to change how they operate.
He turned down consulting to work at fast-growing startups, and led AI communities out of UofT.
