Refund Policy

​​We put a lot of care into preparing each workshop so that every participant gets real value and a great experience. Last-minute changes make it difficult for us to maintain that standard, so we’ve put a few simple guidelines in place to keep things fair.

​​Refunds - You may request a refund up to 7 days before the workshop. Please note that Stripe processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund. You may also reschedule to attend a future workshop at no cost, subject to availability.

​​Cancellations & No-Shows - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are not eligible for a refund, and no-shows cannot be refunded. If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your seat to a friend at no cost, just let us know.

​​Life Happens - If something serious comes up, reach out. While we can’t guarantee exceptions, we may be able to offer workshop credit or refunds at our discretion.
