​Over a career spanning more than three decades, Rajeev has operated at the highest levels of global finance. He began on Wall Street at Merrill Lynch, where he made Managing Director in a record five years. At Deutsche Bank, he built the global fixed income business from scratch. At UBS, he led the entire Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities division globally. Then, working directly with SoftBank founder Masayoshi Son, he raised more than $150 billion from investors including Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, Abu Dhabi's Mubadala, and Apple - and deployed it into over 350 companies including Uber, DoorDash, Slack, and Grab.

​Today, Rajeev is building his next chapter with OneIM, a global alternative investment manager with approximately $10 billion AUM and offices spanning Abu Dhabi, London, New York, and Tokyo.
