Newsreel is hosting "Midterm Mania" five days before this year's midterm election. The event will feature programming about this year's election with New York City Council Member Chi Ossé, Vox's Astead Herndon, Morris Katz, the political strategist behind Zohran Mamdani's rise, and NewsNation host Batya Ungar-Sargon, plus several other guests TBA. Then, we'll ditch the mics for a party.

Opening conversation: Kenneth Schlenker, founder of Opal, with Jack Brewster on the state of attention

We have one rule for this event: NO PHONES.

Phone-free experience powered by Opal.

Newsreel is a new media company building a healthier alternative to the feed, backed by the American Public Media Group.

See you there!
