​Important: you must sign-in each day (Friday and Saturday). If you are not attending during the morning, please find someone from the EMMIR team when you arrive to sign in.

• ​Alumni sign-in, name tag stickers, travel refunds. Please arrive on time if you need a travel refund.

​09:30-10:30 Formal Opening of the Alumni Gathering

• ​Welcome remarks by Dr. Lydia Potts (EMMIR Primary Coordinator), overview of programme, introduction to EMMIR team, and higlights of EMMIR survey & tracer study.

​10:30-11:00 Break

​11:00-12:30 Open Spaces activity: let's set the agenda for the weekend!

​12:30-13:50 Lunch Break (Mensa/cafeteria, not sponsored)

​14:00-17:00 Edition 11 Graduation Ceremony

• ​Alumni are invited guests.

​17:00-20:00 Alumni celebration (AKA: "the after party") @ Bis-Saal.
