The Flâneur Walk: Urban wandering and conversation
Flaneuring (def.): to wander aimelessly, with the purpose of observing urban life.
Join us for a relaxing and social walk from the East Village to the Hudson River. We’ll move slowly through a shifting landscape of city streets and spaces as the character of the city changes block by block.
Expect thoughtful conversation, fresh ways of seeing the city, and a chance to reflect along the way. By the end, you’ll leave with new perspectives and connections with fellow curious wanderers.
We’ll start in the East Village, pause mid-walk for drinks and snacks in the West Village, and end on the water near 14th St to experience the sunset together.
(Exact location will be provided to registered attendees the day before the event.)
