Tech WeekCooldown: Contrast Therapy, Stretching, Breathwork & Recovery
It's Thursday. You can't feel your face.
Four days of panels. Three nights past midnight. One coffee IV away from a medical event. You've nodded along to "agentic" 200 times. Your back hurts in a new place.
Tech Week: Cooldown is the recovery session. 90 minutes. Small group. Done by 10:30am — functional again by lunch.
What you get:
Sauna + cold plunge, guided by a world-class breathwork professional
Stretching to undo four days of conference-chair posture
Breathwork to flush the cortisol
Functional mocktails after — Lion's Mane, Ashwagandha, vitamins. Replenish.
Bring: swimwear, a towel-optional attitude (towels provided), a phone you're willing to put in a locker.
This is a paid event for $39. You can pay here or at the door.
What to expect
Group contrast therapy (large-format sauna + cold plunge tubs) guided by a world-class professional in breathwork
Breathwork between rounds to anchor the reset
Functional mocktails afterward — Lion's Mane, Ashwagandha, vitamins. Fuel, not depletion.
Bring swimwear. Towels provided. Phones go in lockers.
About the space
NRG Haus is Toronto's first social wellness club — a 5,000 sq ft Liberty Village space combining guided contrast therapy, functional beverages, IV recovery, and intentional social design under one roof. Inside: a 55-person sauna, four immersive cold-plunge tubs each paired with a 16-foot LED screen running ocean waves and icefields, a tea lounge with a water-vapour fireplace, and a zero-proof bar pouring adaptogenic drinks built around Lion's Mane, Ashwagandha, and vitamins instead of alcohol. Phones go in lockers. Be fully present. You leave grounded, energized, and clear-headed — not depleted.
