Family Game Jam

​Have you always wanted to make your own game? Do you love telling big stories or love solving a good mystery?

​Then join us for our Family Game Jam! Co-hosted by Ancient Robot Workshop and Danyah Miller, creator of the award-winning interactive theatre show The Mystery of… Show. We’ve got a great morning packed with collaborative storytelling, imaginative game designing and plenty of fun.

​We'll start by playing a selection of storytelling games before diving into a mini game jam to make your own game.

​Then, the best bit, we’ll collaborate and share our games with each other.

For Adults

This event is only suitable for children 7+, and we have a strict 1:1 guardian to child ratio to support you and your kids safely. (+1 grown ups may be permitted if space allows!) Guardians must stay with their child during the event.

Note: While we are called a workshop, be assured don't have heavy machinery, but we do have some equipment that wouldn't be suitable to leave children with unsupervised!

You can bring snacks and drinks in, and we have a small kitchen for tea/coffee. The event will last approx. 2 hours, but guests can step in and out whenever they'd like to.
