This month’s workshop, themed “Enabling Digital Government Transformation: Leadership, Training, and Citizen-Centric Systems,” is a special edition in partnership with KOICA. Experts from the Korea Institute for Development Strategy (KDS) will deliver a one-day physical training designed to strengthen the capacity of civil servants in:
Digital Leadership – shaping the next generation of public sector leaders.
IT Training Strategies – equipping agencies to build sustainable digital skills.
Citizen-Centric Service Design – creating systems that improve equity, transparency, and efficiency in government service delivery.
