Meet Christine Clacey
Founder of Chyra Ltd | Leadership & Mental Wellbeing Coaching & Training
Christine Clacey, Founder of Chyra Ltd, has spent over thirty years in industry-leading tech corporates including Microsoft. A lifelong learner with many years of experience in learning and development, she specialises in developing leaders and building award-winning, global teams. Her experiences have given her extensive insight into the challenges of leadership and organisation transformation. She understands both the incredible potential that lies within each of us and the very real challenges that can block it—burnout, disconnection, anxiety, imposter syndrome, and the silent suffering that too many struggle with.
Christine is a Master Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and NLP Coach as well as a Certified Practitioner in Brain and Behaviour Change. She has studied applied neuroscience and neuro-leadership and is certified in Brain Based Coaching. Christine is also a Certified Master Mapping Coach & Practitioner and uses Brian Mayne's Goal Mapping systems to help clients achieve authentic, sustainable success.
Christine regularly supports Robbins Research International events as an Anthony Robbins Trainer. She has founded two corporate Toastmasters clubs, enabling hundreds of members to grow their leadership and communication skills. She is passionate about contribution and regularly volunteers her time to help those struggling with mental well-being and to teach leadership skills to teenagers from all over the world.

Meet Simon Paine

Simon Paine is the co-founder and CEO of The Rebel School (formerly PopUp Business School), a global movement that has trained over 30,000 aspiring entrepreneurs across 10 countries—from the UK to New Zealand to Morocco. Simon is best known for tearing up the rulebook on traditional business education, pioneering a “sell-first, build-second” approach that helps people start businesses without debt or formal plans.

Offstage, he’s a dad of three, a band frontman, a coffee snob (Yemeni only, please), and possibly the only CEO who proudly dodges DIY.
