The Sound Healing Symphony in Oakland
β'The Sound Healing Symphony' is coming to the East Bay β¨πβ¨.
βCome celebrate, relax and let your nervous system fully relax after the whirlwind of the summer. Bathe in restorative sounds from head to toe.
βThis is the Bay Area's home-grown gathering that's become the largest sound bath in the nation. Our mission is to help people everywhere relieve stress and access deep states of meditation. Conducted by Guy Douglas, 'The Sound Healing Symphony' is a gathering where meditative musicians come together in harmony.

βSound meditation (often known as 'sound healing' or 'sound baths') is the practice of listening to soothing sounds to reach profound states of clarity and relaxation. It opens up deep meditative states that are usually unreachable without considerable effort. During the event, participants lie down and are bathed head to toe in sound β it's a very hypnotic, ethereal experience.
βYou will come away with a clear mind and a deeper appreciation for the wonder of sound. We strongly recommend this event for people who have trouble meditating, or feel like they just "can't get there." Give this a try!
