A monthly restorative, and consciously tuned, sound bath and reiki session to relax the body and mind. Intention is given toward going inward with your body to rest and recalibrate through breath, sound, and energy alignment.

​Jo Lonna Foy has been a sound healer for over 4 years and plays Crystal Tones alchemy singing bowls to restore the system to a calmer state of being. Kristin Springer has 5 reiki certifications and a passion for helping your divine light heal and release what is no longer needed. Jo Lonna Foy and Kristin Springer are also mental health therapists with over a decade of experience and provide a trauma-informed approach for your safety.
