Leading with Guts & Grace: A Women’s Networking Dinner

Hosted by: LeeAnn Mallorie, CEO of Guts & Grace, Jacki LaFrance, Executive Coach at Guts & Grace, and Chef Monica Glass, Co-Owner and Head Chef at Verveine Café & Bakery

Event Description: What does it mean to lead with Guts & Grace these tumultuous times? Join us for an exclusive invite-only after-hours dinner event to meet like-minded women leaders, dialog and learn together. Over a delicious meal, we'll engage in an interactive conversation to envision an ideal future where the feminine force plays a significant role in its co-creation. We may address common themes that women in the workforce still grapple with today such as: power, purpose, conflict, confidence, executive presence, balance, joy, intuition, truth telling, resilience and more.

Beyond just conversation, we'll incorporate a few embodied practices, ensuring a deep connection to the scenarios we discuss, and at the end invite attendees to reflect on actionable steps they might take to bring these insights back to the companies, industries and communities they serve. Attendees will engage their intellect, intuition, and imagination! By evening's end, you'll have new friends, profound insights, and a clearer vision to advance in 2026.

Meeting & Parking: Meet at the restaurant at 5pm. Metered Street parking is available on Massachusetts Ave.

Ticket Price: $75 USD

Dinner Menu: persimmon salad with chicories, fennel and candied walnuts; gourmet pizza choice of: mini meatball & fennel, roasted squash & garlic ricotta, cheese & tomato sauce, pepperoni & tomato sauce; zeppoli with miso caramel gelato

About the Founder

LeeAnn Mallorie, founder and CEO of Guts & Grace, began her career in 2006, as a hard-charging coach for leaders from around the globe. But soon found something was missing from traditional leadership models – the body. This led her on a personal journey of physical, mental, and spiritual healing, to eventually embrace the feminine side of leadership. She now brings these lessons to clients in the corporate, non-profit and government sectors. Her book, Guts & Grace provides a roadmap to integrate simple, actionable somatic practices into your day, creating a more balanced leadership approach that amplifies the impact of your existing gifts, skills and tools.

LeeAnn is on a mission to make business a force for good, bridging the gap between the hard-driving logical mind and the deeper wisdom of the soul. Today she specializes in bringing feminine wisdom and diverse cultural values into the boardroom to solve some of our world’s stickiest problems.

About the Founder
Monica Glass, founder of WLDFLR Gluten-Free, is a nationally celebrated and award-winning chef and recipe creator, culinary advisor, and health and wellness advocate.
Monica spent years working in the country’s top restaurants, including Gotham Bar & Grill, Le Bernardin, The Ritz Carlton, and Ken’s highly acclaimed fine dining destination Clio. As a renowned chef living with celiac disease, she has been recognized with numerous “Best Pastry Chef” awards from Food & Wine Magazine, Boston Magazine, and Zagat, as well as being named a Food Network’s Chopped Sweets Champion in 2021. She is committed to empowering others to cultivate a nourished, joyful life through the kitchen and live Free of Gluten, Full of Life™.

Monica is a 2021 graduate of the Guts & Grace Women’s Leadership Mastermind and Coaching Program. The Café is one manifestation of the bigger vision that came through in her embodied leadership coursework.
