Ripple Social Club Refund Policy
All tickets are generally non-refundable due to limited capacity and upfront planning costs. However, refunds or credits may be offered in the following cases:
Event cancellation by Ripple
You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.Event rescheduling by Ripple
Your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, you may request a credit or refund.Exceptional circumstances (at Ripple’s discretion)
Including illness or emergencies - please contact us as soon as possible.
Transfers
If you can no longer attend, you may:
Transfer your ticket to another person (please notify us at least 72 hours before the event), or
Request to move your ticket to a future Ripple event (subject to availability)
No-shows
We’re unable to offer refunds or credits for no-shows.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 working days to your original payment method.
