💜 Saleswomen Unite Refund Policy
Booking Fee
To confirm your place at a Saleswomen Unite paid event, we charge a 50 kr booking fee.
This helps us plan properly and ensures that the women who sign up genuinely intend to join us.
This fee is non-refundable.
Event Fee
Some events include an additional event fee (for example, dinners or workshops).
This may be collected either:
as two separate payments (booking fee + event fee),
or
as one combined payment.
Refunds for the Event Fee
If you cancel more than 48 hours before
You’ll receive a full refund of the event fee.
The 50 kr booking fee stays non-refundable.
If you cancel with 48 hours or less to the event
If we’re able to fill your spot, you’ll receive a full refund of the event fee.
If we can’t find a replacement, you’ll be responsible for the full event fee.
We keep this policy in place because our events are intimate, high-demand, and run by volunteers. Last-minute cancellations can have a real impact on the experience for the group.
Example
You pay 595 kr (50 kr booking fee + 545 kr event fee).
Cancel 3 days before → We refund 545 kr
Cancel 1 day before and we fill your spot → We refund 545 kr
Cancel 1 day before and no one takes your spot → You forfeit 545 kr
