Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner™ (RS@SP) by Scrum Inc. | Sep 15-16, 2026
Learn to scale Scrum across many teams without scaling the bureaucracy, using the Scrum@Scale® framework created by Dr. Jeff Sutherland.
Course Overview
Developed by Dr. Jeff Sutherland, co-creator of Scrum and founder of Scrum Inc., Scrum@Scale® extends the core principles of Scrum from one team to many, across any size initiative, in software, hardware, services, operations, and R&D.
This Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner™ (RS@SP) training covers where the Agile Operating Model, AI, and organizational transformation meet. You'll learn how to apply the Scrum@Scale framework and Lean Product Development to expand Scrum across teams, stand up the Executive Action Team and Executive MetaScrum, run both the Product Owner and Scrum Master cycles, resolve cross-team dependencies, and use AI to sharpen prioritization, decision-making, and change management.
Through a blend of theory, interactive exercises, and real-world case studies, you'll explore what actually breaks when Scrum scales and how to fix it, including the shift from a project-based to a product-based organization.
You'll leave prepared to implement Scrum@Scale in your own organization and to diagnose where a scaled implementation is breaking down.
