​through playful connection games, guided meditation, and honest conversation, we’ll open to the full spectrum of what sisterhood can hold — from vulnerability to empowerment, from sensuality to soul.

​we’ll explore deep questions like:

​💫 how do we create nourishing, safe, and empowering bonds with other women?

​together we’ll journey through reflection and shared experience, closing with clear next steps and intentions for bringing this energy into our daily lives and relationships.
