Art of Letting Go Society
The art of letting go is to let go of the tension we carry. In Japanese (緩める) and Chinese (放松), to relax is to loosen, to let go. Through mindful painting, we relax our minds by loosening our bodies to the movement of brush and colour—letting go of control, of perfection, of the tension we carry.
Limited to 15 spaces for meaningful connection and conversation
About the Workshop Facilitator, Hua Jing Li
Jing is a British Chinese born in Shanghai in the late 80s. She started art classes in Shanghai at the age of 3.
Her art is inspired by pockets of nature in London and the atmospheric changes in light and colour. She understands art to be much more than just aesthetics. It’s about healing, connecting, and evoking those emotions we can’t quite put into words. So the Art of Letting Go Society is the perfect solution for her Virgo perfectionism.
