Short Films For Our Neighbor

​Short Films for Our Neighbor is hosted in collaboration with Shorts Movie Theatre, JEML Productions, Hands Off NYC, and Mi Tlali to raise funds for a Compa in need of legal, housing, and medical assistance as she navigates complications of her pregnancy and her asylum claim.

​Read more about the fundraiser here, the funds will be distributed directly to the Compa in need. Tickets cost $15 and additional donations can be made here or on the GoFundMe.

​The screening will be hosted on Friday, June 12th from 7pm - 10pm at the Wythe Hotel in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

​The short films will run for 90 minutes — films announced soon!

​This Pride month, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with organizations that do Know Your Rights trainings, explore volunteer opportunities, and experience film programming that uplifts queer and immigrant resistance and joy.
