• Subscriptions: Subscription payments are not eligible for refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

• Full Refunds: Available if requested at least 7 days before the event date.

• Partial Refunds (50%): Available if requested between 7 days and 2 days before the event date.

• No Refunds: Requests made within 48 hours of the event start are not eligible for a refund. Requests made after an event has completed are not eligible for a refund.

• Event Cancellation: If the organizer cancels the event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

• Event Postponement: If the event is postponed, ticket holders may choose either a full refund or to transfer their ticket to the new date.

• Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued within 30 days of the request.

• Additional Terms: Individual events may include additional refund or cancellation terms, which will be clearly posted on their respective event pages.

• Transaction Fees: If a refund incurs payment processor or transaction fees, these may be deducted from the refunded amount.
