​Founders Alliance: The Field – Pickleball Tournament

​Welcome to Founders Alliance: The Field. If The Forge is where we sharpen the tools, The Field is where we build the trust. These sessions are designed to get us out of the boardroom and into the environment, fostering the deep relational bonds that make our "Board of Directors" mindset possible.

​We believe that the best insights often happen when we’re moving. This month, we’re hitting the courts to connect, compete, and talk shop in a high-energy environment.

​The Objective

​To step away from the spreadsheets and screens to connect as leaders. The Field is about active camaraderie, shared experiences, and open-ended conversation that strengthens the foundation of our Alliance.

​The Format

• ​The Activity: Casual Pickleball Tournament. We’ll be running round-robin style play. Whether you’re a seasoned player or have never held a paddle, this is about the connection, not the trophy.

• ​The Flow: This is an organic session. It’s the perfect time for those "sidebar" conversations—following up on a previous Hot Seat or diving deeper into a partner’s goals between games.

• ​The Environment: Casual, active, and outside the office.

​The Vibe & Essentials

• ​Fuel: Water and drinks will be provided to keep everyone hydrated on the court.

• ​Equipment: If you have your own paddle, bring it! If not, don’t worry—we’ll have plenty of extras to share with the group.

• ​Skill Level: All levels. We’ll keep the brackets casual so everyone gets plenty of court time regardless of experience.
