Chair Massage, Reiki, and Ear Seeds with NYC POC Healing Circle (Sunday)

​NYC POC Healing offers a restorative chair massage and ear seeds, inviting participants into a held space of somatic care and attunement rooted in radical care. This offering honors the wisdom and weight our bodies carry. Through short but intentional chair massages, practitioners work in communion with breath, muscle, and memory to release tension and re‑root presence. Ear seeds — small, gentle acupressure beads placed on specific auricular points — support energetic balance, stimulate internal awareness, and offer an anchoring touch for emotional ease. Together, this fusion of tactile and subtle modalities cultivates embodied resilience, rest, and reconnection — an invitation to slow down, honor what carries us, and heal within.
