Vanya Boardman

I’m Vanya Boardman, a Corporate Evolutionist and Co-Founder of PlayInnové, passionate about elevating the human experience through creative play, strategic connections, and collaborative innovation. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, tech health, and wealth management, I’ve driven engagement, optimized operations, and built dynamic corporate cultures. I’m also deeply committed to empowering others and fostering inclusive dialogues. Beyond PlayInnové, I co-chair a women’s mentorship program through a non-profit, supporting women to advance their careers and personal growth. I earned my MSc in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine and a BSc in Business and Marketing from City University, Seattle. I’m certified in Ergonomics, Corporate Responsibility, Facility Management, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. My leadership philosophy centers on continuous growth, innovation, and empowering others to lead impactful change.
