Minli Virdone

Minli has navigated multiple different contexts in her jungle gym of a career – from technology, to strategy consulting, nonprofits, and government. Among her experiences, she built the Business Operations function from the ground up in multiple organizations (including Twilio and SendGrid), and served as Chief of Staff at Khan Academy, raising $100M+ to fund free education for anyone who needs it. Throughout her diverse career, she earned a reputation for nurturing talent, igniting career trajectories, and cultivating high-performing teams that excel even in the face of challenges. As a mom of two boys and a first-generation immigrant, she's no stranger to the challenges of balancing work and life – it's a journey filled with tough decisions and moments of uncertainty. Today, Minli channels her professional energies into coaching and advising executives, and paying forward the support and guidance she’s received throughout her career.
