My name is Léa! I am born and raised in Montreal and am an animal lover, reiki practitioner, kundalini yoga enthusiast and am a practicing occupational therapist with a spiritual and somatic approach to mental health and wellness.
I am part of the daily 333 Sangha community and have been seeking new ways in which to connect with likeminded people. Stoicism is a philosophy that has a special place in my heart and I hope this space allows for inspiration, new friendships, I also intend it to aid me with accountability and being part of conversations that elevate and expand us.
