Women On the Go™ Membership & Event Refund Policy

All Women On the Go™ membership fees are nonrefundable.

Because membership provides immediate access to our community platforms, resources, event calendars, and member benefits, annual membership payments cannot be refunded or prorated once processed.

By purchasing a membership, members acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Women On the Go™ does not collect or process payments for individual events hosted by Community Ambassadors, members, venues, or third-party businesses.

If an event listing states that prepayment is required for registration, please review the event details carefully for instructions regarding payment, reservations, or deposits.

Any payments made for events are handled directly between the attendee and the individual event host and/or venue.

Any refund requests, cancellations, credits, disputes, or payment questions related to a specific event must be addressed directly with the event host or business coordinating that event.
