About Event
We'll meet at Fad Saoil in Greystones at 10 am for a run.
You can walk, or do a run based on your ability. We can scale it up and down with options for short runs, 5k and 10k.
Following the run, we have Fad Saoil saunas booked for a private session for 2 hours. You can pop in and out, or if you don't fancy that, just kick back and enjoy a coffee with everyone
