Through movement, music and authentic connection, we explore what happens when we loosen control, drop expectations and allow the body to lead. Wild Heart is about courage, freedom and expressing what is real — without needing to perform, impress or get it right.

Sound Healing by Alice and András
We usually close with a short sound healing to rest and settle after the dance. We follow the energy of the evening and our intuition, so sometimes we may close in a different way.
