The Romanian IT industry has been often recognized for exceptional technical expertise and global engineering partnerships. Yet, to truly lead with innovation and unlock self-driven leadership we need to step away from old cultural and psychological barriers, such as risk aversion, fear of authority, and overreliance on external motivation.
How do deeply rooted cultural patterns influence the way we lead, collaborate, communicate, and make decisions at work?
This interactive workshop explores the hidden cultural archetypes that shape professional behavior and organizational dynamics. Together, we will examine how historical experiences and collective mentalities continue to influence attitudes toward authority, innovation, responsibility, and trust in modern workplaces.
This session aims to create greater self-awareness, encourage constructive dialogue, and empower professionals to develop healthier relationships with leadership, responsibility, innovation, and trust.

Anne Dumitrache is an experienced trainer, organizational, cognitive-behavioral, and clinical psychologist, as well as an internationally certified coach. With 18 years in the IT industry — from developer to program manager for Fortune 500 companies — and more than 14 years in leadership, she brings deep expertise in people management and organizational growth.
