Tin Men Founders School: Building for Acquisition
Event Overview
Most startup exits in Southeast Asia happen through M&A.
Yet many founders only start thinking about acquisitions when an offer unexpectedly lands on their desk — often when it’s already too late to fix the things buyers care about.
This session explores how B2B tech founders can approach M&A as a path to liquidity and prepare early, with a Q&A discussion with Antonio Lopez Abello, founder of Turms Advisors, moderated by Murli Ravi, Co-founder and Managing Partner at Tin Men Capital.
This is event is suitable for B2B tech founders who want to:
Understand how to evaluate an acquisition offer when it appears
Prepare their company early for a potential M&A process
Avoid common issues that derail deals during diligence
Navigate the realities of the Southeast Asia exit landscape
To maintain a useful discussion, this session will be kept small and founder-focused. Priority access will be given to post-revenue B2B tech founders.
