The Maintenance Hour: Cohort A MH062617-WED
The Maintenance Hour is a weekly recurring container for solopreneurs, freelancers, and anyone running multiple things who needs structured time to actually handle the maintenance work everyone keeps avoiding.
Each week, members come together for 90 minutes. We open with a 5-minute intention-setting (what maintenance are you handling today). We work silently for 60 minutes alongside each other. We close with a brief debrief, what got handled, and what's next.
What members typically work on: invoicing, follow-ups, inbox triage, applications, bookkeeping, document organization, vendor outreach, the small administrative work that piles up when no one's holding the structure.
This is accountability as a service. The format is the product. You bring the work. The container makes sure it actually gets done.
