Build & Blend #17: AI Builders Night | Chennai

Build & Blend is Doing Things AI’s recurring AI Builders Night in Chennai, bringing together people taking ideas from 0→1 and beyond.

At Doing Things AI, we believe building is only half the story. What happens after the prototype matters too: finding users, figuring out GTM, getting customers and building sustainable businesses.

What happened at #16? ❤️

At The Love Hope Company, Adyar, the room was full of building, debugging and exchanging ideas.

From a Mario-inspired delivery game built in an hour to Namma Kuppai V2, AI-powered social feed filters, sales outreach tools and apartment management apps, builders brought different problems and projects to the table.

Conversations went deeper into database architecture, cloud costs, scaling and troubleshooting real product challenges.

One builder summed it up beautifully:

“It feels better building here than sitting at home. There’s a different energy in this room.”

That’s Build & Blend. Different people. Different projects. A shared energy to keep building.

What’s happening at #17? ✨

This Wednesday, we’re back at Time Cafe, Nungambakkam.

Bring something you want to build, something half-built, something already live, or simply a problem you’ve been thinking about.

You might spend three hours making progress on your own project, help someone debug an issue, explore a new tool, find a collaborator, or figure out how to take your product to its first users and customers.

There’s no fixed agenda or mandatory presentations.

Just people coming together to build, experiment, exchange ideas and move things forward.

Who can join?

Founders, developers, designers, marketers, students, working professionals and anyone curious about building with AI.

You don’t need a startup.

You don’t need a finished product.

And you definitely don’t need a pitch deck.

Bring your laptop, your curiosity and something you’d like to work on.
