​We’ll begin with a short sound-led Listening Session, creating a moment to slow down and settle into the space before opening up an intimate Community Conversation around Marathon Mindset.

​Together with Jonny Davies, Andre Loesch, Attuned founder Bec & Yoel Sartras we’ll explore mental resilience, preparation and the thoughts, routines and experiences that come with taking on a challenge like the marathon.
