Scaling AI with Governance
Efterhånden som organisationer og medarbejdere bevæger sig mere og mere fra eksperimentering og over til at implementere AI i reelle forretningsprocesser, er spørgsmålet ikke længere om man skal styre AI, men hvordan man gør det på en måde, der muliggør skalering, hastighed og tillid.
Selvom AI-governance diskuteres bredt på et konceptuelt niveau, står mange organisationer nu over for de praktiske udfordringer ved implementering. Dette arrangement vil fokusere på de realiteter, danske virksomheder aktuelt navigerer i, herunder hvordan governance kan udvikle sig i takt med hurtigt fremadskridende AI-kapabiliteter.
Matis Brassard-Verrier, AI-forsker hos Novo Nordisk, vil dele førstehåndserfaring med at skalere AI-governance i én af Danmarks mest innovative organisationer, efterfulgt af en praktisk session om governance tooling, processer og konkrete skridt til at bygge AI-governance, der rent faktisk følger med i jeres implementeringstempo.
