FREE Disability Tax Credit Application Clinic
Access to benefits shouldn't depend on who can navigate the paperwork.
That's why Ase Community Foundation, in partnership with the Davenport-Perth Neighbourhood & Community Health Centre and Prosper Canada, is hosting a free, in-person Disability Tax Clinic — hands-on support to help Black disabled Canadians apply for the Disability Tax Credit (DTC), a gateway to benefits like the Canada Disability Benefit and the RDSP.
The DTC is one of the most underclaimed credits in the country, often because the process is complex and isolating. This clinic is designed to change that — culturally affirming, community-centred, and completely free.
What attendees will receive:
A Disability Benefits Workshop
Hands-on support completing the DTC application
An advocacy letter to bring to their medical practitioner
📅 Thursday, July 23, 2026 · 1:30 – 5:00 PM
📍 Davenport-Perth Neighbourhood & Community Health Centre, 1900 Davenport Rd, Toronto, ON
