Our bar, The Rooftop, is open every Thursday from 5–8pm. Once a month, it gets a little more delicious.
Tastings is our monthly evening dedicated to the food and drink we genuinely love — spotlighting local suppliers, seasonal menus and the people behind both. It’s a chance to try something new, discover something brilliant, and do it all with a view over Brighton and a drink in hand.
This month, TV drinks expert Becky Paskin joins us behind the bar to share one of her favourite pours. Drinks are first come, first served.
