Every Wednesday, we’ve shown up for each other on Zoom: celebrating wins, sharing referrals and watching each other grow, one square on the screen at a time. Now it’s time to share the same room.
Planting new seeds, taking root, or already in full bloom? There’s a seat for you at this table.
In Full Bloom is our first in-person Bloom Connections weekend, and the first of many to come. It’s a business development weekend in Las Vegas for women who are serious about their businesses and even more serious about supporting each other’s growth.
The weekend is set. Now we’re shaping the experience. In Full Bloom is happening on January 16–17, and your intake form tells us two things: how many of us are coming and what you want the day to feel like. Share whether you’d like to speak or join a panel, what you hope to walk away with, and the kind of content you’d love to capture. That’s how we’ll plan the room around you.
Saturday, January 16, 2027: Welcome Networking Dinner
We kick off around one table with a curated prix fixe dinner, introductions, 2027 referral goals, and the women you’ve been building with every Wednesday.
Sunday, January 17, 2027: In Full Bloom, 10 AM–5 PM
Sunday takes shape based on who joins us.

A full day of brunch, member-led panels, roundtables and fun. Our speakers are our members: women sharing what’s really working in their businesses.
🌱 If we’re an intimate circle: In Full Bloom Brunch & Content Day
A hands-on working day built for a smaller group:
Brunch and goal-setting
Brand photos and headshots, with real camera time for everyone
Short videos, testimonials and “meet the founder” clips
A recorded roundtable conversation you can clip and share
A content plan built from what you captured
Either way, brunch, light snacks and drinks.
